The absorbent liquid has a first component and a second component which contains a nitrogen-containing compound, having in its molecule at least four members selected from a group comprising a primary nitrogen atom, a secondary nitrogen atom and a tertiary nitrogen atom, or a nitrogen-containing compound, having in its molecule all primary, secondary and tertiary nitrogen atoms.
