FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and may be used for finishing parts with complex-profile bores and surfaces in hard-to-access points. Proposed device comprises two opposed first and second operating cylinders with pistons engaged with first and second two-chamber hydraulic cylinders. Hydraulic line of hydraulic cylinders are connected via reverse control valves and controlled pressure control valves to delivery and drain lines of pump station. Aforesaid working cylinders are equipped with pressure pickups connected to control board communicated with reverse control valves, pressure regulators and pump station. There is reservoir for abrasive bulk communicated via pump and first shut-off valve with one of working cylinders. Another one is communicated via second shut-off valve and overflow pickup is communicated with overflow line. Working cylinders are provided with ultrasound radiators connected to ultrasound oscillation generator communicated with control board. Overflow pickup, pump and electrically controlled shut-off valves are connected to said control board.
