FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used for forced training of knee- and hip-joints of human to restore their ability for movement during treatment and rehabilitation. Device has frame, reversible electric drive connected with screw pair in form of lead screw and nut, transmission, two support assemblies and one support for foot. Device also has motionless base and rockers which are fixed onto base by hinges. Transmission is made in form of two bound four-union mechanisms disposed in parallel. Rockers are tightly connected with second unions of four-union mechanisms being adjacent to first unions. Shank support assembly is fixed onto frame. Hip support assembly if fixed onto third unions being adjacent to first unions; third unions relate to second unions through fourth ones. Foot support is mounted onto axis fastened by fixation members in frame's groove. Frame is connected by hinges with carriage in groove of which carriage the nut of screw pair is disposed.
EFFECT: simplified design; reliability of operation; capability of simultaneous training of hip- and knee-joints.
