FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method of producing compounds of formula IV in which R means hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxyalkyl, preferentially C1-C7alkyl, especially methyl; R1 means hydrogen, alkyl or alkoxyalkyl, preferentially C1-C7-alkoxy-C1-C7-alkyl, especially 3-methoxypropyl; R' means hydrogen, alkyl or arylalkyl, preferentially C1-C7-alkyl, C1-C3-alkylphenyl, more preferentially C1-C4-alkyl or benzyl, especially ethyl; R2 means alkyl, or its salts which involves introduction of the compound of formula III where R, R1 and R' are such as specified here for the compound of formula IV, into a cycloaddition reaction with α,β-unsaturated carbonyl system of formula (V) where R2 is such as specified for the compound of formula IV above. Also, the invention refers to the application of the compound of formula III, to the compounds of formula IV, to a method of producing the compounds of formula VI, to the compounds of formula VI, and also to a method of producing the compound of formula XXIII.
EFFECT: development of the new method of producing the compound of formula XXIII applicable for synthesis of pharmaceutically active compounds, rennin inhibitors.
