FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for synthesis of 2,3,4-trialkylmagnesacyclopent-2-enes of general formula (I) , where R1=C2H5, n-C3H7, n-C4H9 R2=n-C3H7, n-C4H9. The method involves reaction of disubstituted acetylene , (where R1 is as described above) with (where R2 is as described above) in the presence of a zirconocene dichloride Cp2ZrCl2 catalyst in molar ratio 10:(15-24):(0.3-0.6). The reaction takes place in an argon atmosphere at normal pressure in diethyl ether for 4-7 hours.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain 2,3,4-trialkylmagnesacyclopent-2-enes of general formula (I), which can be used as components of catalyst systems.
