METHOD FOR LIFE-TIME DIAGNOSTICS OF SWINE TRICHINOSIS Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC G01N33/49

Abstract RU 2423700 C2

FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: method includes microscopic examination of blood serum samples. The produced combination of values is compared to a thesiocrystalloscopic pattern. At the same time simultaneously both crystalloscopy and thesigraphy results are used with application of quantitative indices according to 9 parameters, at least 6 of which separately for crystalloscopy and thesigraphy shall be in the range of the specified norms: crystalloscopy - index of structural properties 0-0.5, crystallisability - 0-0.5, type of crystals and amorphous bodies interaction - sticking, extent of elementary association destruction 2-2.5, evenness of elements distribution - 1.5-2, intensity of porosity 2.5-3, intensity of elementary association zones 1-1.5, clearness of the edge zone 4-4.5, intensity of elementary association texture 0.5-1; thesigraphy - the main thesigraphic coefficient 0.538+0.067, beltiness coefficient 1.411+0.052, extent of elementary association destruction 2.5-3, crystallinity 0-0.5, evenness of elements distribution 1.5-2, intensity of porosity 3-3.5, intensity of elementary association zones 0.5-1, accuracy of edge zone 4-4.5, intensity of elementary association texture 1-1.5. When at least 6 indices of crystalloscopy and at least 6 indices of thesigraphy match the pattern, availability of trichinosis is confirmed.

EFFECT: efficient diagnostics of swine trichinosis when experimentally and naturally infected.
