FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fossil coal with particle size of 0.3-2.0 mm is modified by consecutive processing by citric acid, sodium carbonate and aluminium sulphate. Sorption capacity of produced sorbent makes 1.5 mg per 1 g of sorbent at water filtration rate of 8-12 m/h.
EFFECT: sorbent for cleaning underground water of excess amount of fluorine.
