FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method for manufacturing flexible electroconductive polymer film consists in pre-treatment of flexible polymer substrate based on polydymethyl siloxane or polyethylene naphthalate by low-temperature plasma, and further chemical modification in vapours of (3-mercaptopropyl)-trimethoxysilane or (3-aminopropyl)-trimethoxysilane with subsequent application of silver nano-ink on top of it and sintering of the formed structure.

EFFECT: invention ensures manufacturing of flexible electroconductive polymer films characterised by high adhesion of the conductive layer to polymer substrate at maintained low surface resistance allowing their usage as patterned conducting substrates for manufacture of printed sensors, flexible filed-effect transistors and light-emitting diodes.
