FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to diagnostics of the composition of organic and inorganic fluids by electrophysical methods, particularly, to proximate analysis of vegetable oil purification steps. Proposed method consists in definition of characteristic frequency and characteristic specific active electric conductivity of given type of vegetable oil after every refining step in the range of electromagnetic oscillations of 1-200 kHz proceeding from measurements of sufficient number of specimens, both magnitudes being considered standard. Deviation of characteristic specific active electric conductivity measured at characteristic frequency of electromagnetic field at separate steps from standard magnitude is used as the criterion of deviation of oil purification degree after every step of refining from magnitude set for appropriate correction of refining process parameters.
EFFECT: method of proximate control over vegetable oil refining degree after every step of refining.
