FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to conveyor installation with transport elements for transporting lump, in particular, hot material with gas tight coating for screening transported material wherein there is facilitated formation of inert gas medium around transported material and there is eliminated contact of transported material with air of environment. The invention also refers to combination of reduction aggregate for redox in continuous process with a working aggregate for production of liquid metal in periodic process. Also, product of reduction from the reduction aggregate is supplied to the working aggregate. Further, the invention refers to procedure of supply of reduction product from process of direct reduction for redox in a continuous process to the process of production of liquid metal in the periodic process, in particular, electric steel melting installation for production of liquid steel.
EFFECT: upgraded operational characteristics of installation.
