FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure for increased reliability of items consists in evaluation of intensity of rejects of items and its components, in defect correction and in improvement of item and its components. The distinguished feature of the invention is additional determination of rate of change of rejects intensity and duration of functioning from current time of i-stage of a cycle with number (n) meeting the condition n≥1, improvement of an item and its components, parametric interrelation between them according to functional.
EFFECT: reduced period for item development and debugging, raised fault-tolerance, reduced cost for debugging due to changed pace of perfection by means of accelerated debugging or adoption of innovation technique.
