FIELD: testing.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of control tests of rocket and space equipment. Technical system (TS) is manufactured with controlled informative SS, affecting reliability, at that, TS has no hidden defects, permissible intervals for TS are determined, within which the failure-free operation of the vehicle is ensured, the vehicle is tested taking into account the effect of external operational factors for a given time of the target use under normal operating conditions, broken down into cycles, values of PS and values of external operational factors are recorded, after the n-th test cycle, models of dynamics of the average value and MSD of PS are selected, external operational factors are detected, which insignificantly affect parametric reliability, simplifying the test conditions by eliminating the factors that do not affect the parametric reliability, correcting the models of the change in the average value of each state parameter and their mean square deviation, testing is continued until the specified time of target use, reliability is estimated, predicted and the period of target use is determined based on all obtained results taking into account only significantly influencing external operational factors.

EFFECT: high reliability and accuracy of estimating reliability (failure-free operation) of a technical system (TS) taking into account the degree of influence of external operational factors on parametric reliability under normal operating conditions, its prediction and determining the period of further target use of the TS with the required level of reliability under conditions of economic, technical and time constraints allocated for experimental development of the TS.
