FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: system of base points and their coordination is formed at diagnosis. Further, there are determined limit conditions of the crane. Having recorded the said conditions, there is analysed geometry in a certain interval with crane stops. A centre-finder is arranged successively on each wheel at each stop of the crane; the centre-finder has reflecting elements, symmetry axis of which coincides correspondingly with extreme points of the given wheel on horizontal diameter and with its symmetry axis. Each reflecting element is successively coordinated. At processing results of measurements by coordinates of reflecting elements there are determined coordinates of optimal centres of the crane. Also the reflecting elements are mounted on the centre finder and their symmetry axis coincides with symmetry axis of a controlled wheel. There are calculated internal radii whereon there are set running wheels distances from the optimal centre to extreme points of wheels and there are calculated turns of wheels. Recommendations on recovery of standard characteristics of a running part of the crane are developed on base of calculated average parameters.
EFFECT: raised accuracy and efficiency of obtaining information on geometric parameters of running part at analysis of bridge cranes of circular rotation.
