FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: volume of knowledge and skills which must be learnt and the initial level of knowledge of the trainee are determined. An initial test is taken in order to evaluate mental, psychiatric and physical condition of the trainee. In accordance with the taken test, the status of the trainee is activated using pulsed laser radiation in the near infrared spectrum with wavelength 0.89±0.02 mcm, pulse power of 3.7 W, pulse recurrence frequency of 80 and 1500 Hz for 8 min. The training program is initiated based on activation of the mental, psychiatric and physical condition of the trainee n times until the intended volume of knowledge and skills is fully mastered. The initial test Do is in form of a matrix which includes a set of testing diagnostic actions for determining mental and psychiatric capabilities of the trainee and their physical condition.

EFFECT: high objectiveness and quality of evaluating effectiveness of a training process.
