FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to experimental medicine, namely to experimental nephrology and can be used for simulating acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis. That is ensures by intraperitoneal introduction of strain Streptococcus pyogenes Dick-I concentrated 109 CFU/ml diluted 1:9 in a load dose 0.5 ml to an outbred albino rat once a day. The following scheme of introduction is maintained - 3 cycles, each consisting of 1, 3, 5 days for immunisation every 2 days.
EFFECT: higher reproducibility, reduced time for experiment and cost of technique; the method is easy-to-implement.
