FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to butter industry and may be used for production of butter from cream under conditions of both large-scale and minor-scale processing production. The device for contactless cream churning contains a reservoir 1 filled with cream. Rigidly mounted on the reservoir 1 bottom is a vibration drive 3 connected to an acoustic oscillation generator 5 via wires 4. Among the generator features is adjustment of the amplitude (AA knob) and frequency (FA knob) of the acoustic waves 6 excited and propagating in the cream. In the process of churning acoustic waves 6 exercise an impact on fat globules, forcing them to oscillate, and stir the cream.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of the cream churning process and reduction of energy consumption due to active control of oscillation amplitude and frequency.
