FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, cardiology, cardiac surgery. In patients with heart rhythm and conductivity disturbancies during operation of implantation of permanent electric cardiostimulator, cardiac output at rest is examined. In each position of intracardiac electrode cardiac output is examined at maximal physiological frequency of electric cardiostimulation. Degree of cardiac output increase is examined in comparison with initial output. The greatest value of cardiac output increase in comparison of various versions of intracardiac electrode position demonstrates its optimal localisation, to carry out quantitative estimation of cardiac output dynamics with increase of heart rate.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine optimal localisation of intracardiac electrode using estimation of cardiac output with any versions of electric cardiostimulation.
