FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves sinusoidal modulated current exposure on temporal and mastication muscles. The current frequency is 50 Hz with current and pause interlacing, there are three packages presented. The current intensity is adjusted to apparent vibration sensation. The exposure is conducted in the first mode, 2 operation mode, the modulation depth 50%. The exposure length is 5 minutes for each muscle. The therapeutic course is 4 sessions every second day.
EFFECT: method reduces treatment time and provides better functional therapeutic effect ensured by functional recovery of the muscles, enhanced tissue trophism and functional activity of the muscles, relieved pain syndrome.
