FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes bitemporal exposure to travelling alternate current at movement frequency 1-12 Hz and work surface induction 10-30 mT. It is combined with transcranial electrostimulation with frontal mastoid electrode arrangement. The electric current exposure is carried out by rectangular bipolar pulse packets at pulse packet filling frequency 2.5-3.5 kHz, pulse packet frequency 50-80 Hz, current strength 10-25 mA. Duration of a session is 10-30 minutes. The therapeutic course includes 10-15 sessions.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in adiposity and prolongs a therapeutic effect in body weight reduction ensured by normalising cerebral structure dysfunctions.
