FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: grinding tacking consists of two coaxial knife disks with working surface of knives divided into two equal zones where tilt angle to milling plane nearest to centre of zone disk is bigger, than tilt angle of zone nearest to periphery. Zones of working surface of each knife correspond to a shape of adjacent right-angle triangles with common dividing hypotenuse; a base of triangle of the zone nearest to disk centre is in an input end of the knife; while the base of triangle of the zone nearest to periphery is in an output end of the knife.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of fibrous mass on working surfaces of knife zones and of effecting it force.
