FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in supply of material into working cavity, in milling it with milling elements and in unloading crumbled material. Crumbling is performed with continuous impacts of moving lumps of crumbled material against stationary surfaces of milling elements. Lumps move at breaking velocity. The device consists of a loading branch, of a case and of rotor with working elements installed in the case. The rotor is equipped with blades. The working elements, corresponding to milling elements, are made in form of shaped parts forming impact edges and outlet slits along whole circumference corresponding to specified final dimension of particles.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced specific power inputs.
