SUBSTANCE: device consists of many layers of metal sheets assembled in one package of at least partially structurized, and they form many channels for passage of fluid medium. Device includes forked twisting appliance rotating round its axis and acting on each package and profiled segments joining in solid form. The latter is formed by means of at least two segments. Each profiled segment may turn round corresponding axis running parallel to axis of twisting appliance opposite to direction of turning of the latter to prevent deformation of packages.
