FIELD: devices and methods for manufacturing members of cellular structure. SUBSTANCE: device is used in manufacture of members with cellular structure consisting of many sheets formed at least into one package with the sheets at least partially structurized and forming many channels to pass fluid medium. The device includes forked twisting appliance rotating around axis and acting on each package and profile segments joining into solid structure. The latter is formed by at least two profile segments. Each profile segment may turn round respective axis parallel to axis of twisting appliance in direction opposite to direction of turn of the latter.
