FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method provides application of a broth agent culture on a plate. These plates are kept for 48 h and triply washed with distilled water to produce biofilms formed by bacteria. A part of the biofilms are processed with ozonised physiologic saline, the other part - by non-ozonised physiologic saline for 10 minutes. They are washed, painted by 1% aqueous solution of gentian violet for 45 minutes, washed and eluted with alcohol and examined for the eluate optical density with using a spectrophotometer. The derived results are matched, and if observing the presence of significant difference p<0.05, antibacterial action of ozonized physiologic saline is stated.

EFFECT: improved evaluation accuracy.
