FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: according to the invention, the device for measuring physical properties of a liquid has two measurement channels - working and reference, with detecting elements in form of pieces of a coaxial line filled, respectively, with the control liquid and reference liquid, a line for communication of these detecting elements with corresponding electronic units, whose outputs are connected to the input of a functional generator. The pieces of coaxial line lie coaxially and are formed by two coaxial metallic cylinders and a centre conductor which is coaxial to the cylinders, wherein the inner surface of the inner cylinder serves as the outer conductor of one of the pieces of coaxial line, and its outer surface serves as the inner conductor of the other piece of coaxial line. In the said device, the communication line of each measurement channel may be a piece of a long line and the detecting element can be its terminal load.
EFFECT: higher measurement accuracy.
