FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: transmitting device and receiving device in a mobile communication system which employs a scheme with one carrier in an uplink channel, has multiplexing apparatus configured to multiplex a pilot channel, a control channel and a data channel; and transmitting apparatus configured to transmit a transmitted symbol, comprising at least a pilot channel and a control channel, using an uplink channel. The first pilot channel used by the receiving device to determine channel status in an uplink channel, is transmitted using a frequency band with several resource blocks. The second pilot channel, used for channel compensation, transmitted in the uplink channel, is transmitted using a resource block allocated to the transmitting device. Control channels of the transmitting device and the device which is different from the said transmitting device are orthogonalised relative each other through an FDM scheme.

EFFECT: achieving frequency division effect, high transmission capacity.
