FIELD: information technologies.
SUBSTANCE: for coding, control bits are received and coded by means of the first noiseless code to develop the first set of coded bits. The coded bits are further coded by means of the second noiseless code for development of the second set of coded bits, which are modulated as radio beacon tones and are then transmitted. For decoding, radio beacon tones corresponding to the set of control bits are received and then demodulated to establish the set of demodulated bits. Demodulated bits are further decoded by means of a decoder for establishment of the set of decoded bits. Decoded bits are further decoded by means of the second decoder to establish the second set of decoded bits, which includes the set of control bits.
EFFECT: provision of error-resistant coding and decoding of control data transmitted in a wireless medium with noise.
