SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Surgical instrument or device for spreading anastomosis ring contains handle. Handle is connected with elongated stem, which ends with mechanism of anastomosis ring installation. Mechanism of ring installation can move from initial position into working position. In order to prevent capture of tissue by mechanism of ring installation in process of instrument introduction or removal, many sections are made in such a way that they cover parts of mechanism of ring installation in process if introduction and removal when mechanism of ring installation is in initial position. Sections are moved by mechanism of ring installation into working position, in which mechanism of ring installation is able to spread anastomosis ring.
EFFECT: probability of tissue capture by mechanism of ring installation is reduced, presence of membrane for fingers is not necessary.
