FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to separators to be used in preparation of associated gas for pipeline transportation. Separator comprises cyclone separator, dehydrated gas diffuser and fluid diffuser. Dehydrated gas diffuser is arranged to move along cyclone separator axis. Cyclone separator is made up of taper tube with taper making 1°-10° with its inlet accommodating pre-cleaning chamber made up of hollow cylinder aligned therewith. Hollow cylinder face wall has a bore while its open face is provided with cover with central bore to support truncated cone with taper of 40-60° and base diameter making 0.4-0.7 on precleansing chamber ID. Ejector bore is made at truncated cone center while ejector branch pipe is arranged on truncated cone center and aligned therewith. Pre-cleaning chamber is provided with tangential inlet branch pipe. Ejector branch pipe wall has adsorbent or inhibitor feed bore. Bores or slots are arranged in tangential line in said pre-cleaning chamber. Said truncated cone may move along axis.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, simplified process.
