FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to gas treatment. Proposes gasses 2 are forced through treatment system 1 comprising contact reactor 4 wherein absorbent particles are damped to convert gaseous contaminants into separable dust, dust collector 6 and dust sludging device 8 wherein, at least portion of collected dust is mixed with water for sludging and gases 2 are fed another time into reactor 4 and portion of dust is discharged. Content of sticky component that may cause dust sticking problems in gases 2 is measured above reactor 4 as well as flow of said discharged dust portion. Current content of sticky component is calculated on the basis of mass balance on introducing measured flow of discharged dust and said sticky component in gases 2. At least one check parameters of gas treatment system 1 is adjusted. Note here that said check parameters influences sticking properties of circulating dust in response to concentration of sticky component in dust.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
