FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of track membranes at cyclotron accelerator complexes. Proposed method comprises generating beam of ions and irradiating polymer films art accelerator. Accelerator beam current is measured by profile recorder. Obtained data is used to correct voltage feed to electrodes that generate current stabilisation beam.

EFFECT: improved pore density uniformity over membrane surface.
