FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radiation exposure means for aerospace electronics with a proton beam of a synchrocyclotron in order to test its reliability. Device uses a degrader with an automatically tunable length for changing the energy of the proton beam and a moving coordinate system for setting each of the irradiated electron samples along the beam axis. Irradiated samples are in a movable thermal chamber. To operate the entire device in automatic mode, a multi-level intelligent control system is used.

EFFECT: technical result is the possibility of express irradiation of aerospace electronics in the mode of its regular operation according to the program-methodic algorithm of the JEDEC standard.
