FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to rigid board made from composite material and to method of its production. Rigid board comprises sheeting and at least one supporting element. Composite material comprises fibers coated by polymer changing from paste or liquid state into solid state in curing. Note here that board includes at least one elongated hollow mould with its length exceeding mould other sizes oriented in fact perpendicular to said length. Hollow mould is formed by boarding and support elements surface, its cavity being filled with core. Note that said core comprises chamber made from flexible material, chamber outer surface confining volume of aforesaid core. Note also that chamber inner space is filled with solid granulated material selected from materials with thermal expansion factor equal to that of composite material.

EFFECT: ruling out local deformation of core and moulded board.
