FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural panels and is aimed at manufacturing 3D frame mesh panels. Method involves formation of a system of spiral and ring ribs of the bearing set by winding an elastic dry fibrous material (a ribbon, a thread and similar) onto a matrix arranged on the forming tool, subsequent formation of the lining layer by winding the elastic fiber material over the bearing set, further polymerization of the binding agent and removal of the panel from the mandrel. Polymerization of the distributed binder is carried out after finishing formation of the multilayer 3D structure.
EFFECT: invention ensures production of several layers in manufacturing multilayer 3D bearing ribbed panels, including thin-wall ones, and improved manufacturability.
