FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural panels, particularly, to method of their production. Proposed method comprises producing system of helical and annular ribs of bearing set by winding resilient fibrous material impregnated with binder on matrix fitted on mandrel, making skin layer by winding resilient fibrous material impregnated binder over said bearing set, hardening of binder and withdrawing panel from mandrel. First skin layer is made on mandrel from material with shape and/or volume transformation capacity to make matrix with grooves intended for making bearing set of the panel. Ribs of bearing set are produced by winding resilient fibrous material impregnated with binder into said grooves to make second skin layer. Next layers are produced by analogy with said method. Binder is hardened after making multilayer structure. Then access is provided allow access to all structures of the panel to remove matrix material.

EFFECT: simplified production of ribbed thin-wall multilayer bearing panels.
