FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive dimmer arrangement. Proposed method consists in preparing injection and placing frame carcass with cantilever holder therein. Mould Opposed cantilever holder is produced in injection mould by precise moulding. Cantilever holder is cleaned of gating system. Axle 3 with roller fitted thereon is arranged in c-like cantilever holder. Note here that axle 3 is tightly fitted in holder hole 4 while in holder hole 6 it features running fit. Roller 5 is set to fit preset clearance. Reamed holes are made on one side of holes 4 and 6 to facilitate mounting axle 3 in hole 4 and coordinating axle axial alignment in hole 4. Carcass is made from wire frame. Carcass faces are protected before welding so that carcass faces 12 and 13 tightly fit holder faces 14 and 15 and said surfaces are welded together by contact weld seams. Cantilever holder and holder 16 are arranged opposed on carcass 11 along axis 35 in injection mould, filled with foam integral mix and cooled down to room temperature. Film coat is cut and film edges are jointed in seamless manner.

EFFECT: higher reliability of dimmer arrangement fixing.
