FIELD: transport, lighting.
SUBSTANCE: dimmer arrangement comprises shock-absorbing carcass, flexible coating, not feeding current, rotary axle and shaped casing. Aforesaid shock-absorbing carcass is fitted inside foam-integral mix filler, covered with shaped parts of cut coating and provided with slot to receiver bracket support accommodating an arc-like spring. The proposed dimmer arrangement is made up of two opposed parts of the said shaped casing, inner sides of which feature rectilinear sections of matching ledge-type locking elements and recess-type locking elements. Strength of joint between ledges and recesses results from wedge interaction of mating and interconnected tribotechnical surfaces on sides of every lock joint. Note that the ledge and recess sides are inclined by 3 to 6 degrees towards the direction of feeding the shaped casing parts to be jointed together.
EFFECT: improved passive and anti-fire safety, better physical and chemical parameters, higher quality of dimmer arrangement.
