FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: in electrodischarge plasma-vortex source of optical radiation with charging device, capacitive storage controlled with discharge device and two electrodes at capillary hole in flat insulator, in capillary hole there installed is cylindrical current-conducting tube from plasma-forming substance; the second electrode is made in the form of ring. At that, both electrodes are installed in electric contact with current-conducting sleeve, and design parameters of device meet design ratios interconnecting storage capacity, charge voltage of capacitive storage, mass and thermophysical parameters of plasma-forming substance, diameter and length of capillary hole in flat insulator and inductance of discharge circuit.
EFFECT: higher efficiency coefficient and larger functional capabilities at simpler design.
