SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology and can be used in diagnostics of retroperitoneal tumours in children. Targeted transabdominal ultrasonic examination in modes of Dopperography and Doppler are carried out. Parameters of intratumour hemodynamics in central and peripheral parts of tumour is performed with determination of arterial blood flow in tumour vessels. Peak systolic rates in three segments of vessels of central and peripheral zones in case of tumours with high, medium vascularisation are used to determine for each patient individual zones of tumour scanning. At different stages of anti-tumour therapy ultrasonic complex monitoring is carried out in the same volume as before treatment. It is supplemented with targeted topic topometry of retroperitoneal tumours with measurement of tumour volume. Obtained results are compared with results of protocols of previous ultrasonic examinations. Data of ultrasonic estimation of tumour dimensions, number of tumour vessels, change of arterial rate inside tumour in comparison with initial values are used to determine resistance of tumours to carried out treatment.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate dynamics of tumour process and treatment efficiency in carrying out anti-tumour chemical therapy of retroperitoneal tumours in children.
