FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out topometric vagina stump examination on maximum distance points in horizontal and vertical projections in making transvaginal scanning in B-mode and transvaginal Doppler flowmetry in color mapping and energy encoding mode. Vascular pattern is evaluated in the central vaginal cicatrix zone. Pathological vascular loci being identified in the zone, qualitative blood circulation characteristics are determined. Pathological blood vessels being identified in the central cicatrix zone, their shape, blood circulation pattern, mapping intensity and Doppler flowmetry data like curve type, blood circulation velocity, maximum and minimum speed and peripheral vascular resistance are evaluated. Low resistance vascular spectra having pattern distinguished by irregular twisted shape blood vessels with arterioarterial, arteriovenous anastomoses being found, tumor recurrence in vaginal cicatrix is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
