FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to oncology and can be used for early detection of peritoneal ovarian cancer relapse after cytoreductive optimum operations. Method comprises integrated dynamic ultrasound monitoring using transabdominal and transvaginal approaches. Assessing topographometric and qualitative hemodynamic parameters of echo-structures. Investigating presence of disseminates of parietal peritoneum with help of high-frequency linear sensor. When thickness of parietal peritoneum disseminates ranges from 6.0 to 10.0 mm or higher in form of uniform thickening or strata hypoechoic structures with high and moderate vascularisation and perfusion or mixed type of unit in presence of hypoechoic oval or rounded parietal peritoneum inclusions ranging in size from 3.5-8.0 mm or more avascular or with presence of a single locus of blood flow and peripheral or central types of blood supply, presence of Doppler curve at triplex scanning diagnosing early relapse of ovarian cancer in form of peritoneal dissemination. Examination is performed monthly in first year after primary special treatment.
EFFECT: method allows early diagnosis of peritoneal recurrence of ovarian cancer.
