FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, and can be used in individual body weight correction and eating behaviour normalisation. It involves individual interview of a patient by a psychotherapist and a psychologist. It is followed with rational psychotherapy involving problem awareness by the patient and increasing therapy motivation by wakeful suggestion. Then dietotherapy is performed; it is agreed that weight is to be reduced for the agreed period of time, for a specific number of kilograms with no health deterioration. Three sessions every seven days are conducted. The first session involves two specialist - a psychotherapist and a psychologist characterised by different personalities - an extrovert and an introvert; the psychotherapist and the psychologist trained in contention techniques conduct rational psychotherapy taking into account representative systems of information perception: visual, audial, kinesthetic with using categories of visual images, auditory impression, by means of sensations in equal portions of session time in the presence of the patient's relatives. The second session includes a psychotherapist who presents a session of suggestive "Butterfly" psychotherapy whereon speaks about a development path of a butterfly: a caterpillar - a chrysalis - a butterfly, associates the butterfly with ease, freedom, beauty and connects acquiring these qualities by the patient after the therapeutic course. The third session includes the psychologist working and instructing the patient in an autogenous training. The lesson finishes with recommendations to consolidate the reached weight reduction with specifying days of phone calls to the specialists to fix the results; the recommendation are presented on smooth paper nice to the feel with a picture of a beautiful butterfly. A "rainbow" diet is prescribed once a week for 6 months with lower caloric content 1000 kcal for the first month, 1200 kcal for the second month to be thereafter carried to a value equal to normal body demand. Pedestrian walks for 30-40 minutes, and climbing the steps without a lift for 10-15 minutes are daily. After the "Butterfly" session, a bracelet or a ring with the images of butterfly stages are given: a caterpillar, a chrysalis, a butterfly; the bracelet or the ring are sized to be carried by a patient for the entire therapeutic course. Under the bracelet or the ring, a plaster 0.5x0.5 cm containing cinnamon is sticked to skin; the patient presses on the ring or the bracelet 3-4 times a day during meal. The patient carries a "jug" amulet filled with cinnamon for 6 months. Seasonings are limited; the patient takes Altera Slim Cocktail daily instead of breakfast and supper in a dose 1 table spoon dissolved in 0.5 glasses of water and drinks in a cup with the image of a butterfly. For meals, the table is laid with knives and forks with the images of butterflies.
EFFECT: method allows achieving eating behaviour normalisation and stable weight reduction with maintaining the prolonged result, and also aims at intensifying motivation to reduce weight reduction enabled by using an anchoring technique.
