FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: crosspiece for crossing of industrial railway comprises a front (7) and rear (8) levers, a core (3) and two wing rails (2), which form the frog's neck, an area of wheels rolling (1) from wing rails (2) to the core (1), limited at one side with the frog's neck, and at the other side - with the core section, which is equal to the width of rail head, an elevation (10) of rolling surface longitudinal profile, which includes the middle section (15), stretched upwards with its bulge, and two concave curves at the ends, which couple it with the front (7) and rear (8) levers of the frog. Radiuses of curvature of coupling curves in points of coupling with levers are equal to a radius of rolling stock wheels. Coupling curves are made with alternating radiuses, which gradually increase from areas of their coupling with frog levers (7 and 8) to borders of the middle section. Length of all three sections of profile elevation sums up to the length of the rolling zone and is within the limits of this zone.
EFFECT: longer service life of a frog.
