FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: exhaust system for internal combustion engine operating on lean mixture which includes: (a) catalytic soot filter (CSF) (32); (b) control device (38); (c) device (18) controlled with control device to increase the content of combustible hydrocarbons (HC) and/or carbon monoxide (CO) in exhaust gas supplied to CSF so that HC and/or CO can be fired in CSF filter in order to increase CSF temperature and to burn solid particles accumulated in it; and (d) catalyst sensor located between engine collector and CSF filter, for combustion of CO and/or hydrocarbons in exhaust gas supplied to exhaust system, and input to the control device of the data which is correlated with combustion enthalpy of hydrocarbons and/or CO in exhaust gas, and thus during operation the control device controls combustible hydrocarbons and/or CO supply device depending on the input data; thus contact degree of CSF filter with combustible hydrocarbons and/or CO is controlled. Control method of active regeneration of catalyst soot filter. Device which includes internal combustion engine and exhaust system.
EFFECT: control of active regeneration of CSF filter without need for DOC catalyst for combustion of hydrocarbons or CO for CSF filter.
