FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics, traumatology. Wire guide with thread is introduced treansarticularly into body of 8 vertebra transcutaneously under control of electronic-optic converter. Along wire trocar is introduced until it penetrates joint cavity. Correctness of wire introduction and trocar installation is controlled radiolographicallty in three projections. Trocar is used to perform curettage of joint cavity with application of lateral curettes. Joint surfaces are exposed to spongy bone, after which biocomposite material is introduced into joint cavity and fixed with cannulated screws.
EFFECT: method prevents arthrodesis failure.
