FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Implant for installation between bodies of spine vertebrae as place-holder for ablated from spine vertebra or vertebra elements, contains first element of implant and second element of implant, installed with possibility of regulation with respect to each other in direction of their common longitudinal axis for measurement of implant length, as well as, at least, one fixing plate, fixed on one of implant elements, facing adjacent vertebra and overlapping it, at least, partially. Fixing plate is formed by adjoining vertebra plate and deviating from it and serving for radial regulation of fixing plate with respect to one implant element support plate with guide. One implant element is provided with means for radial fixation of support plate.
EFFECT: with minimally invasive surgery invention provides possibility to change implant length by changing position of fixing plate with respect to implant.
