FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to combined method of metal and alloy processing. Method of electric-contact erosion-chemical processing in flow electrolyte comprises feeding cathode-tool that vibrates to contact with processed surface in each period of vibration. Water solution of sodium nitrate with concentration of 1-5 g/l is used as electrolyte. Time of anodic dissolution and erosion destruction is defined by amplitude and frequency of cathode-tool vibration subject to required roughness of processed surface.
EFFECT: ruling out etching of unprocessed surface, higher surface quality.
