FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinding of workpiece bore surface. Method includes reciprocating movement and vibration of elastic tool relative to workpiece and simultaneous electrochemical anodic treatment of bore surface. Used tool consisting of two abrasive carrying elastic parts, between which there is cathode, and external profiles of elastic parts and cathode are repeating bore shape, wherein both elastic parts along longitudinal axis has symmetric cavity in form of truncated pyramid, which cross section repeats shape of tool external profile and directed to each other by smaller bases, and cathode is installed with formation of channels between them, surface and opposite ends of flexible parts of tool, providing for electrolyte supply to processed surface, and on external surface of elastic parts there are helical grooves.
EFFECT: higher accuracy and uniformity of workpiece bore surface roughness, increased service life of tool.
