FIELD: precision electrochemical treatment for making complex shaped surfaces of machine parts. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of treatment in electrolytes on base of single-component aqueous solutions of neutral salts with 3 - 9% concentration; synchronizing applying of trains of anode activating controlled high-frequency rectangular pulses from voltage or current source with time moment of maximum mutual approaching of oscillating tool-electrode and part-electrode; performing treatment with small working interelectrode gaps; controlling time period of pulse train and phase of applying pulse train relative to time moment of maximum mutual approaching of electrodes and feeding rate of tool-electrode; using pulse source with rate of lowering electric current density along rear edge of pulses in order to eliminate passivation of treated surface.
