PROCEDURE FOR UTILISATION OF OIL-SLIME AND REJECTS OF PRODUCTS OF OIL AND GAS PROCESSING Russian patent published in 2011 - IPC C10G1/00 C10G33/00 

FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for utilisation of oil-slime and rejects of products of oil and gas processing consists in processing homogenised and dispersed raw stock within range of temperature 55-60°C in four acoustic cavitation mixers equipped with acoustic generator, with acoustic generating channels-cavitators, with at least two confusers and with diffuser. After each mixer processed medium is supplied into corresponding devices of input and division of product for breakdown of produced emulsion by conversion of a turbulent flow into a laminar flow and successive separate utilisation of fractions. Emulsion is treated in three stages - preliminary and main with emulsion washing with hot water at temperature 55-60°C and additional stage - excessive water purification in acoustic mixers and in a hydro-cyclone. There is produced a floating layer - water emulsion of commodity product at mixing emulsion, obtaining suspension of excess water, mechanical impurities and air dispersed in water. Further, separated pulp is transported to utilisation, while excess water is directed to a reservoir or to utilisation. As a heat carrier there is used water or antifreeze.

EFFECT: improved ecology due to increased efficiency of processing, to upgraded quality of production and efficiency of process for division of raw stock to phase constituents; implementation of given process for raw stock hardly divided at standard processes of de-emulsification.
